In this article we’ll show you how to setup your Happy Bubbles Wash & Fold account
There are 3 account preferences you need to setup. They are:
- You name, address, phone number, wash & fold preferences, and delivery preferences
- Your credit card information
- Your communications preferences
Step 1. Setting up your customer preferences
You can access your account at HappyBubblesLaundry.com. Select the My Account link in the menu. You will be taken to the customer portal. Login with your username and password.
If you forgot your username and password, you can click the “Forgot Password?” link. You will be emailed a link to reset your password.
Enter Your Customer Profile Information
In this step you will enter your name, address, phone number, customer preferences, and any notes for our driver.
Typical customer preferences would be something like, “no fabric softener”, “sensitive skin detergent only”, or “please place my jacket on a hangar.”
Typical driver preferences would be something like, “Gate code is 1-2-3-4”, “Leave laundry on back porch”, or “make sure to close the gate so the dog doesn’t get out.”
Make sure to hit the SAVE button when complete.
That’s it – Your Profile Information is Saved
And, that it. In just two steps you set your basic your profile information, name, address, phone number, wash & fold instructions, and delivery instructions.
You may change your profile information at any time. Go to the top menu bar and select My Account > Manage Account
There are two more preferences that need to be set, your payment information and your communications preferences. Let’s go through these 2 steps.
Step 2. Enter your Payment Information.
Go to My Account > Manage Account to enter your payment information. You will need to have this information in the system in order to schedule a pickup. Select MANAGE PAYMENT METHODS to enter your credit card information.
Happy Bubbles Staff does not have access to your credit card information. This information is securely stored with our PCI compliant credit card processor.
Then select ADD CREDIT CARD
Enter your name, credit card number, expiration date, and verify the billing address. If your billing address is different from the delivery address, select the ADD NEW BILLING ADDRESS button to update the billing address.
Make sure to select the SAVE CARD WITH THIS ADDRESS BUTTON to submit your card to your customer profile.
Once you hit the SAVE CARD WITH THIS ADDRESS BUTTON, your card will be verified and you will receive conformation that your card is successfully on file.
Step 3. Select your communication preferences
There are many ways be informed on the status of your order.
Remember to hit the SAVE button when making changes.
